Banking hubs are key to securing the future of our high streets, keeping services local and accessible while supporting footfall for nearby shops.
I was especially pleased to meet Danny, the Rickmansworth Postmaster, back in April, who’s turned his post office into a full banking hub. A brilliant example of local leadership adapting to modern needs.
I’ll continue to push for more banking hubs like this across South West Hertfordshire, and for wider reforms to make sure our high streets remain vibrant, accessible and built around the needs of the communities they serve.
