It was a pleasure to meet with Simon from Community Action Dacorum to hear more about the work they do to support charities, volunteers and community organisations across our area.
There are many challenges facing the voluntary sector, including funding pressures, rising costs and the uncertainty created by ongoing local government and NHS reforms.
We also spoke about the importance of ensuring support remains accessible to vulnerable residents and the valuable contribution that charities like Community Action Dacorum make to our communities every day.
