Great to be out at Woodoaks Farm for their Community Tree Planting Day, alongside my good friend Cllr Paula Hiscocks.
It’s always encouraging to see our community come together to protect and enhance our environment. Planting trees benefits biodiversity, air quality and helps to preserve our rural areas for future generations.
But without proper protections, our green spaces could be at risk from overdevelopment. That’s why I’ll continue pushing to ensure our local environment is safeguarded from damaging planning decisions.
