It was valuable meeting with Beacon, who provide support to victims of crime across Hertfordshire.
They handle over 350 referrals a month, mostly through police and other frontline services, but victims can also self-refer at any time; there’s no time limit and no cap on the support available. From emotional help and onward counselling referrals, to home security tools, fraud recovery support, and advocacy, they tailor their approach to each person’s needs.
