To celebrate International Women’s Day, I visited students and teachers at the Royal Masonic School for Girls.
We spoke about the challenges women face in politics, from breaking into leadership roles to tackling the confidence gap. We also discussed the importance of public speaking, having strong mentors, and making sure women’s voices are heard in every field.
It was inspiring to hear the ambitions of these students and their passion for making a difference. There’s no doubt that some future leaders were in the room today!
