Thank you to everyone who took part in my recent Metropolitan Line survey. Your feedback has been incredibly valuable. I found out that:
📉 Less than half of you are confident the Met Line provides a good service.
♿️ Nearly 70% said your local station would benefit from better disabled access.
🧑🧑🧒🧒 96% agreed that residents here should have the same concession fares as Londoners.
🛠️ Only 6% think TfL is doing enough to improve reliability and accessibility.
This is simply not good enough.
It’s clear how much people in South West Hertfordshire rely on TfL services, and just how strongly you feel about the need for improvements.
Thanks to your responses, I now have a strong case to take directly to the Transport Minister and TfL. I’ll keep fighting to make sure South West Hertfordshire gets the fair and reliable transport we deserve and will be updating you once I have these meetings.
