On National Apprenticeship Week, I visited the Thames Water site at Maple Lodge to hear directly from two apprentices about their experiences, why they chose this path, and how apprenticeships are helping them build their future careers.
Backing apprenticeships is key to developing a skilled workforce across industries. I’ll continue to champion opportunities for young people so that they can gain hands-on experience and secure high-quality jobs.
