That’s why I joined Sgt Andrew Blackwood on a local police ride along, getting a first-hand look at the work our officers are doing to keep South West Hertfordshire safe.
We’re lucky to live in one of the safest areas in the country, but that doesn’t mean we can be complacent. With recent incidents in Carpenders Park still fresh in people’s minds, visible policing and strong community engagement are more important than ever.
We must continue to support our local police force, and I’ll continue working closely with them to ensure all of our residents feel safe.
