🟣 I’ve written to Transport for London following my meeting with Simon Lightwood MP, the Minister for Local Transport, to raise concerns about the ongoing lack of travel concessions for residents in South West Hertfordshire.
Many rely on the Met Line for everyday journeys, yet, because they live just outside the boundary, they miss out on discounts available to Londoners only metres away.
With bus services often unreliable and accessibility limited at stations like Rickmansworth, it’s vital that we push for a fairer and more inclusive approach to travel. I’ve asked TfL for a meeting to take this forward.
