To start off a constituency Friday, Gagan Mohindra was kindly invited to meet David Evans and Paul Randell of Green Home Insulation at the Home Office Hub in Tring. David Evans MBE, the firm's creator, launched Matilda’s Planet in 2012 following a discussion with his young daughter where he promised her to do more to save the planet. He has worked with industry experts to develop the most sophisticated internal wall insulation system in the world – Matilda’s Blanket.
During their discussions, Gagan discussed with David and Paul the importance of insulating homes across the country to help met our ambitious national net-zero objectives as well support households in reducing their energy bills. Gagan emphasised his support for the business in its plans to recruit local workers in Hertfordshire and improve residential energy efficiency in the county.
